    Are you sure you don't want any rules? It may just put your clan at real risk with its reputation, as if people are calling out threats and raging in general with you clan tag in front of it, it won't look good on you, as the owner, and also on the clan in general. Just a word of advice.

    This is quite an immature way to advertise or tell people about the clan. Also, if you want a good clan, at least have decent rules.
