Next Time Someone Calls you a "Skid"

I'm not sure what you are saying
If they call you a skid it means they are a member of hackforums?
Why not just ignore them?

Skid = someone on hackforums

No idea why people started using it as a universal insult now though. Probably because it sounds worse than calling someone a kid

 

What's wrong about java programming (not hacking though...).

 

Script kiddies aren't necessarily java programmers. They're inexperienced "hackers" who use tools/scripts made by professionals to attack networks/systems purely for popularity and/or impressing friends.

For example, if a Minecraft player uses Nodus for the sake using it, or to impress people, he's classified as a "skid". If he uses it to gain an advantage or for monetary gain, they're classified as a "hacker".

But that's hacker stuff, it shouldn't really matter to anybody here.

 

I guess this means WarZ players have a legit reason to hate skids. :V

 

Next time that someone calls you a Skid, ignore them. By retaliating to them you are giving them the attention that they want.
