Nerfed Donor Gun? Sucks For You.

You do have good words, but if a donor gun gets nerfed a little too much (ex. flamethrower) then people stop using, throw hate at the server and makes it look bad. Then it is a loss of money and a waste to some players.

 

I've stopped using donor guns, except for infect.
I use MSR most of the time, now. X3

 

I am aware of that, but the fire charges aren't there anymore (at least since the last time I used it) and I am not speaking for myself, but for some people who complain about underpowered donor guns. When you do think about it, $5 for something like that is a bit too much. Especially if it is going to get worse. And because of this, people can rant about it and make the server look bad. So now in the chat, you see people saying, "Is the Law good?" "Nope.", "How about flamethrower?" "Nope."

I do think the donor guns should get at least a small buff.

 

Well, that is what some people think of donor guns. And once they get them, they instantly want a refund. Like my reaction to the Ray-Gun (Demolisher). Point is, I just want small buffs in all of them minus Ray, Mini and Bow.

 

Ok I am done arguing but it was good...I guess. We all have our opinions. For now I stand on one side and you stand on the other.

 

It's an honor the server gives you stuff for donating.

I wish I had donor items such as perks and weapons. Can you imagine the noobs that get donor weapons around a few weeks after they complain about them? I don't complain about donor weapons since they are worth $5 for being powerful.

 

I honestly would only get Scavenger and Grenades if you ever consider donating. Maybe the Ray Gun...

 

Raygun is being nerfed. I would get scavenger and minigun. They are done altering those guns and they are the best.

 

Raygun is being nerfed? Dang, it's like all the good weapons are being nerfed and all the weapons everyone hates are being buffed to the max.

 

It most definitely is not a weapon made for pure attack strength, but more for tactics and harassment. No experienced flamer would run in to their deaths (unless they get a lot of kills anyways) but they would run in and out, setting people alight and retreating.

 

@Tac45 I would like that post, but I don't think you need any more . I think the donation aspect needs t be emphasized more. While donations are what make the ticks tick, if the guns are made too powerful, then normal payers will quit beforehand, and the server will lose money. This is the first time I've seen such a delicate balance of items on a minecraft server, and I think the only solution is through the polling of the community.

 

Tac42 this is not about the guns. i'm having a problem with the stats im not appering even though I hit the box saying I would appear on the stats. Can you please tell me how to fix that.

 

Have you gotten enough kills to appear?

 

I agree that donor guns are not for 'skill', they are for plain ol' goody goody explosive fun. (Although I still use them in infect :V)

Besides, I use Iso or Moddel a lot of the time anyway.
