Ray-noobs

I agree with you in the sense that it is quite annoying when people accuse others of being "ray noobs".

I agree, Ray is only good because allot of bad players go in groups.

 

The ray gun isn't actuly op for tdm ctf, it's almost like the MSR but with some splash damage. I agree with you nobody should be calling anybody a noob.

 

There have been so many threads about [Gun] Noobs, I stopped counting :/

But the word "noob" got censored, so I hope that the problem with disappear in future.

 

Sadly not. They always find a way to bypass the filter. Yesterday I saw a guy saying Ray-N()()b :v

I'm not a donor but I can agree with that m8. It's very anoying to see people spam chat with "gun" noob.

When you're called a "Ray noob" they'll say "Ray ****" now. That way, you can be like "oh they said something very offensive to me" and have a mod kick them. hue
In all seriousness, the term "noob" is dying out on war since it was censored. Not really much to worry about. Also, if they can't kill someone using a Ray Gun in TDM, then who's the noob now?

 

I don't like these threads because people actually have a good reason to call you a Ray Noob. Although noob isn't the proper term, it's still an annoying gun that ruins some players' fun, and if you don't want to be called a Ray Noob, then don't use it.

 

Well yes, but players saying "ray noob" aren't being obligated to say that, they're just being plain rude. Plus, the ray gun isn't even half as good in tdm/ctf as it is in infect, I don't see why people have to complain about it.

 

1. It's annoying
2. If you don't want to be called it, don't use it
