I don't play WarZ much but it's true that there as been quite a lot of complaints about mods doing their job or not.

The warZ staff is not the best so I agree. Their biggest problem tough, is a problem you did not list, but still demonstrared with the help of @Mario. WarZ staff cannot take constructive critisism. @Mario just demonstrated that perfectly. I mean, look at the war staff. They made a thread asking what they could improve on and thanked everyone for responding and took all of it into consideration. The warZ staff however, respond by telling @tallscot that this was an uneeded post to flame at the staff when it was only a suggestion as to what they could improve on. Instead of the reaction @Mario had, they should have responded with a "Thanks for pointing this out . It will be taken into consideration". WarZ staff have sooooo much to learn from the war straff in this area.

I am going to say that if a warZ mod is in the middle of a battle with someone, I expect them to answer a person's question rather than continue fighting for a period of time. I have always been told that War mods should answer someone's question, even if that means the mod will lose his/her 20 KS, resulting in the loss of their potential nuke.
I believe in some equality for the mods at least...

And honestly, I highly disagree with this msg policy/system. By now I would think the staff are getting tired of these kind of threads, having to say they are in fact doing their job from what people believe, whether privately in a /msg or publicly in chat. If you bring the thread down to one point, it will usually in one way or another involve the /msg policy, directly or indirectly. Simple solution? Just say stop spamming, "player name": # warning don't (reason), an answer to a simple question like a yes or a no, etc, in public chat.
    Possible benefits to this:
    1. People will stop saying "(mod) do your job!!!" or "Are you going to do anything about this??"
    2. People will know if the person has been warned.
    3. These kind of threads would not be common anymore.

I mean come on, how many threads like this are there that say something about the warZ mods? If their are this many, obviously something not working out right. The system seems to be creating more troubles than it is supposed fix, but I could be wrong as everything is done in the background. I do not really remember threads about the mods doing their jobs correctly with the old system might I add (obviously if you find a good one, tell me about it as I could be completely wrong, which I would accept). This is what I believe personally.

One of the staff deleted a thread just like this a bit ago, before it was even up for 5 minutes. And they thought I wouldn't notice. The thread creator even stated he didn't want to start any flame, and went on to say basically what tallscot said here. Thread removed, not even locked with a reason, just removed.

I must say, the staffs inability to take any form of constructive criticism recently plus the abuse of the "ladder render lag" has left me very disappointed. The WarZ staff needs to get their act together and start setting a good example.

I always get a response when I ask a mod a question. Also, why should moderating be more important than playing? The moderators are there for everyone to have fun, including themselves.

Jakob, you sir are extremely blindsided to this entire debate. The "staff having fun" is usually 5 moderators on one server fighting and ignoring everyones questions and the rule breakers on the servers. They hardly do their job, and are "active" enough because they play WarZ with a team of 8 24/7.

If you want to be a mod but you don't like moderating don't freaking apply... See, I don't understand people who say that. You wanna apply for mod? Be ready to moderate.

You seem to forget that I was a moderator here. I know what's expected of this server, and whether you like it or not, this is what's expected.
