I think that he is perm banned... well atleast, i hope so.

 

He bought a unban and got on for a little bit to play, that's why his stats are up, but his payment was refunded and he got rebanned.

 

Hes staying banned

 

I personally think he should get unbanned. He should get another chance, he's a changed man!

 

He said that he changed a bunch of times now. many people believe that, but honestly. I do not believe that he changed. He raged, DDoSed and even told everyone to bully zyth members. He also glitched a lot to get his kdr up.
Look at his ban list. he got banned about 8 times now. most people get only three chances. and he got 5 extra chances and EVERY single one he decided: meh, the admins can't get me! Lemme DDoS some m4a1 guy who killed me!

 

Did you see the video he posted telling everything about what he did, that he is very sorry. Yes he has had many chances I do agree but he's been banned for almost a year now, on one of his favorite servers. We should unban him for a bit, see how he acts and the re ban him if does anything stupid.

 

He's definitely changed. Check out his "Good bye - Explanation Video". I do however agree that he has had some bad history. Honestly, I put myself in the shoes of the admins. (Since I own and have developed a well structured server many times.) When I thought about them being put up with joeymast99, it made total sense why they would keep banning him. I would be the same way; a hacker on my server that repeatedly bought unbans, and most importantly ddosed and doxed, I would not accept them on my server again. The administrators will make the decision. To wrap this all up, I've thought about how bad he must feel, and I've thought about why the admins would not put up with his decisions. I see both sides of the situation and I understand how both the adminstrators and joeymast99 feels about it.
