    The map Polyphemus is based off of the land f the lotus eaters right? In that land, lives a cyclops named Polyphemus. Thats how this map got its name. If its based of of The land of the Lotus Eaters, I think there should be an enormous cave somewhere on the maps. (Kind of Cyclops style)

    There is already a giant cave on this map. Sometimes, you'll spawn above the cave. If you swim inside, there's a large shipwreck you might be able to loot from.

    I'm pretty sure Polyphemus was not the maps original name. It was renamed when the map was added to the server. The original was just called, SG1.

    Yes, that map is based off of the land of the lotus eaters, yet it doesn't have polyphemuses cave.

    I have found he cave with the shipwreck. I don't think its the kind of cave I'm talking about.
    I still think they should add a can e with a rather monster inhabited style.

    Yea, it doesn't look like anything a cyclops would make. I mean like a huge cave.

    Why would a cyclops make a cave? what actually happens, excuse my A level in History, is the the monster polyphemus which originated from the latin word polymorphous found this cave and he claimed it as home. The shipwreck would probobaly be something like odeseous who is lost at sea. They then see this island and there ship gets rekt.

    That is the very first real HG map ever created. I don't think they based it off that...

    Pretty sure it was based off the arena in the first HG movie, although the map makers added in some twists like the pirate ship cave.
