    Constructive Criticism Intended, but don't you think you need to tell us a little bit more on what you're looking for? Maybe even what you intend to build, and things about the group. Also, it would be nice if you didn't make your letters all bold. I just wanted to tell you what I thought you might want to add, also I hope your team succeeds in what you intend to do.
