    ... no, to get banned there must be some actual proof, i have hax would be equivilant to i dont hack, it really doesnt matter what you say.

    No, as far as I know saying "I have hax/hacks/..." is not a solid proof that you used a Hacked Client.

    No. If a user reported you for saying that, you won't get banned unless the player has actual proof of hacking, not just a chat message.

    No you would need legitimate proof that you or the person were actually hacking/using a hacked client. You can't just say "I have hax/hacks" and then someone reports and gets you banned. No you need proof. {putty}
