Removing nukes from Ctf

    I'm getting sick of it.
    People log on to play ctf for the nuke, or to farm kills.
    People won't play the objective, it shouldn't be called ctf, it should be called "extended tdm"

    So
    1. Remove Nukes
    2. Have a big bonus for capturing AND KILLING the flag carriers, like 50-100xp+5 tokens for carrier kill and 1000xp+250 creds for a cap.
