Why I was banned. (The REAL story)

I believe we have a right to rate something disagree if we honestly do disagree with it

 

Why do we not have the agree button here >:v

 

If an administrator tells you to stop something, you stop. No matter if their decision was right or not. You assume it is against the rules, and if you still disagree with their decision then you appeal with due process; you don't just continue doing it and repeatedly get warnings.

If a police officer told you to stop doing something, I guarantee if you kept doing it (regardless if it was illegal or not), he'd arrest you and it would get sorted out later in court.

You disagree with an opinion, right?
Signatured didn't write an opinion, he wrote what he has seen.
The rating just doesn't fit with the post..

It isn't allowed when your rights are infringing upon others', but that's off-topic. This isn't a nation binded by a constitution, this is a Minecraft server with established rules.

 

I just got a disagree from a staffmember on this. If your disagree was incorrectly used, how is that correctly used!?

All this is:

"Fudge you, you can't disagree with me, here's a warning."

 

It's better if this conversation would stop.. :V

 

I'm not saying that your his slave or that he's a police officer, I'm saying that he represents the administration of this community and therefore represents the opinions and ideals of our staff team.

If he gives you a warning, regardless whether it is right or wrong, it should be heeded. If you disagree with the warning, then you can dispute it in a non-defiant way and get things done properly.

What you did is the equivalent of a younger child poking their older sibling after they asked you to stop; you knew the consequences and you insisted on breaking the rules he had told you. If you instead asked another admin for a second opinion or made a thread about it WITHOUT re-making the rating, it would be a much different story right now.
