Age(12+, maturity,): I am 13 years old, and I am fairly mature on a scale of 1-10 i would probably be 9.
Do you have TS3(Mandatory): Yes, I do have TS3 I also have Skype
How long you have played WarZ: I have played MC-WarZ since the VERY first map. About 2 1/2 to 3 years ago.
Estimated skill level(Scale 1-10): 8 At the moment because i'm getting used to a Razor Mouse, but with my normal mouse i'm probably a 9 1/2.
Will you follow the rules stated above: Yes, I will follow the rules above without hesitation.
Why do you want to join Team CuDy: I want to join Team Cudy because I feel it's a team that meets my skill level. I also am not very well known on MC-WarZ and seeing that this team gets lots of attention I would like to make myself and my YouTube channel more well known. The members of this team are also what I feel very trustworthy and will be a great team for a very long time!
What will you offer Team CuDy: I will offer rushing skills, battle tactics, and free TPs ETC. I can also be a great team member because I don't rage and I can be encouraging.
Are you VIP/MVP(Mandatory): I am currently an MVP for 9 months.
Are you active on the forums: I am kind of active on the forums I mostly browse 40-50 minutes a day, I rarely post. But I can always post more.

Do you have TS3(Mandatory: Yes I do have Teamspeak and very active ingame and on the Teamspeak server. Im on teamspeak almost everyday and for a good 4-5 hours.

How long you have played WarZ: I started playing WarZ since the old maps were up.

Why do you want to join Team CuDy: Because I want to join an active and a decent team that will not betray me and blame me for their deaths and this team looks like a good one also im friends with athena so I think I will be a good member of this team.

What will you offer Team CuDy: I will provide everything that is needed also I will provide tpa's and loot because I am alive on 4 of the new servers and have diamond on me and extra weapons that I will give out to the people that need it in the team.

Are you active on the forums: Yes everytime I come back from school I check out the forums and see if anyone needs help.
