    Why were neutral ratings disabled? I don't recall any threads posted complaining about them.

    Neutral ratings are a matter of opinion. For example, what's the point of having the privilege to agree with someone, but not disagree?

    It's been an issue we've been running into lately, causing drama, warnings, and other unwanted stuff on the forums. We've decided to give this a trial run, see how it goes.
