    Hey Brawlers,

    I would like to inform you about a new policy I created to FTW members and future FTW members.
    As FTW is growing (over 100 members), I would like to set down some good solid rules and make/keep members of my clan friendly and mature.
    How does this new policy work?
    The policy I thought was a good idea was a three-strike system. The three-strike system is where each member/moderator has three strikes. If he/she breaks one of the following below it will result in an automatic strike (and kick) or a warning then getting kicked + a strike. If he/she has three-strikes they are permanently banned from FTW. I will keep track of players with strikes with pen and paper.

    The following will result with one warning, then getting kicked + strike:

    - Out of Map glitching
    -Raging (constant swearing and/or disrespect)
    -Hackuations
    -Spamming Chat/personal messaging
    -"Noob" calling
    -(Please tell me if I missed anything important)

    The following will result in an automatic one strike and kick:

    -Grenade glitching
    -c4 glitching (if that still is relevant)
    -Out of map glitching (after warning)
    -Raging (after warning)
    -Hackuations (after warning)
    -"Noob" calling (after warning)
    -Staff disrespect
    -Banned (while in FTW)
    -Spamming chat/personal messaging

    Automatic 3 strikes:
    -Abusing moderator powers (applies to
    FTW mods and future FTW mods only)
    -Hacking of any kind (***Proof is needed)
    -(Please tell me if I missed anything
    important)

    Everyone for now on will start out fresh.

    If you see a FTW member/moderator going against the rules above please report them to the people below with screenshot proof;

    The three strike policy is a good system, but some of these reasons like abusing mod privileges should count as an automatic three strikes. Wouldn't you want to kick an abusive mod that's kicking every member from the clan?

    Hmm this sums it all up nicely but it could use something maybe like idk Pen and paper seems a bit unorganized i would use Word then save it on a private flash drive. Just my Opinion you can do what you want :stuck_out_tongue:

    Also The Clan FTW is in no way shape or form Affiliated with the Illuminati. We have had many questions about that Just to clear it up.

    I'm head mod? :confused:

    Anyway, to add to the automatic three-strikes, if someone is hacking. But this is only if you are 100% sure the person is hacking.

    Example: One time I saw a player typing in chat while shifting and moving forward. Obviously a hack.

    Also, you should keep track of the strikes online, so mods know how many strikes a person has.
    EDIT: If you are interested in this I will find a way that mods can give strikes and view strikes, etc.

    1. Yes you are head mod. (Sorry I forgot to tell you, you got promoted xD)
    2. I'll add that.
    3. Only I can add strikes. So if a FTW mod reports someone to me with proof I'll add them a strike, so the mods don't have to worry about keeping track.
    If I player has three strikes and I can't get on I'll ask (Pm) one of you guys to kick them, if you happen to find them on.

    I see, but I still think you should post the players with strikes online, so we can know who is on the edge of being kicked out. And if I know someone has two strikes and I see them break the rules do I have permission to kick?

    Okay, I'll edit this so there is a list of players with strikes/banned from FTW. I'll have to inform the mods without a forums account to get one soon.

    I have an idea- I can make a group chat and keep a list of strikes/bans and it will notify you if there is an update.

    I joined the forums just to post that I like this policy idea...:wacky:

    Although we should probs make a clan thread were we tally strikes and ppl can post there evidence against others.
