    1. Save image(s) to desktop.
    2. Right click on profile image you want. I'll go with the third one because it looks the best imo.
    3. Select Edit.

    It should open up Paint, or your default image editor.
    Alternatively, you can choose Paint here.

    4. In Paint, go to the top left, click File, then hover over Save As.

    Click on JPEG picture.
    5. Save as normal.
    6. Upload as a profile picture.

    Windows XP has Paint too. If you want, I can convert it for you. Tell me which one you like best then.
