    I think that the Dissembler should have a faster firerate.

    No, it doesn't need a firerate buff. It has the largest clip of any sniper and deals nearly as much damage as the Barrett. For the majority of players who use it often enough, it's perfectly balanced.

    Nah, surely
    It's pretty much a DMR that fires .338 Magnum and has a large capacity for one. In other words it's a bolt action sniper rifle minus the bolt action. That, combined with the large capacity, can make it seem pretty OP. (it really isn't, it's fine)

    I think the dissa is fine just as it is now. It can clear a crowd pretty easily if you spam it at their heads.
