    NOTE: I'm not kidding when saying all this.

    I know I'm going to get a lot of hate for this, but I'm 100% fine with it.

    So... Team Holy has a lot of staff members in it correct? Why is that such a bad thing though? People always complain about it, there's no problems in my opinion.

    I just don't understand it.

    Team Holy consists of these staff members: @specknav @Mario @Mojang @Signatured and @Giggadream... And what's the big deal?

    In case you didn't know, they were all teamed before they got Mod, most of them anyway.

    Basically, to all of you complainers... What if you got Mod then your friend got Mod? Would you just not team with him? No, you would stay teamed with him.

    All Mods get are Free MVP, but that is there reward for doing their job, isn't it?

    Now I know some people might say "They don't do their job!"

    Trust me, they do. If I need help with something, I don't say it in chat, if you just personally message the staff member, they will 95% of the time respond unless they are fighting.

    So what's the problem? Please tell me..

    They are seen to be swarmin' like bees and a staff member from that team was caught teaming with kcl729's alternate account (kcl729 is a known rule breaker who was/is banned at the time), plus their rep isn't the best. I think there have to be changes, and as Signubtured said, there will be.

    I know who kcl729 is xD I've been playing WarZ for almost 2 years, nearing it slowly (I'm WarSkater) But the staff member who was playing with kcl729 got demoted.

    One thing that bothers me... they where friends before they where mods right?
    Then why are they all mods now?

    The problem is, many believe they focus too much on playing together. So much so that they don't do their jobs.
    I don't have an opinion on this because I don't play WarZ anyways, and since they seem like good staff.
    People would like to see them spread out onto different WarZ servers, and when they catch them playing together people go crazy about it. Now, I don't know how often they play together (see above), but the general issue is that many think they team so often that they almost never moderate.

    The thing is, they do moderate, you just have to directly contact them by /msg instead of just saying it in chat without saying their names.
    Because they received it?

    From what I've heard from other community members, they don't respond, and will sometimes leave without answering.

    Remember that I don't play WarZ so I don't know exactly how bad it is, I only view WarZ through forums

    I understand, but most people just say in chat "Can someone help me?" or something, i get that it's a moderator's job to answer them, but they would have a lot better chance if they just /msg them.

    I'm partially agree and disagree on what you're trying to point out. While I agree there's nothing wrong with staff members in a team, many players think it's wrong because having a whole bunch of staff members on one subserver means inefficient moderating (spreading out to other subservers are better).

    Now what I disagree about is the free MVP for doing a good job. In my opinion, you shouldn't get a free perk just for moderating. A mod is supposed to willingly prioritize moderating over gameplay (that's why they applied for the position). The free MVP only entices applicants to want to apply for that perk alone. Look at munkeywr3nch as a prime example.

    I think it would be a good idea to remove the free MVP for mods, and even remove the free donor kits for mods in FpsHG. That way, we're more likely to get mods that prioritize moderating over gameplay. Plus, Mc-War, PvP Survival, and MCParty doesn't give you free donor items for moderating, so why should WarZ/FpsHG mods get donor items?

    The thing is, why would they want to be moderator if they need to run up and not be able to store anything? :V

    As I've explained, they want to be mod because you get free, permanent MVP while retaining the mod position.

    I believe some Moderators would enjoy to be mod for being able to help people and not being called "Try Hard for Mod" because in my history playing WarZ, every time someone helps someone, they say "Stop going so try hard for mod"

    The problem with WarZ staff is their arrogance.

    That's about it.

    Imo that's the root of the problem.
