My mom thinks there are pedos on teamspeak

    Basically my mom doesn't want me using teamspeak because she thinks there are pedos on it. Has there ever once been a time where a pedo was on teamspeak? Please help me guys

    Wade, Woundwart...the list goes on. You'll have to understand that there will be some arses on TS3 at all times.

    "Pedo" means Pedophile and I don't believe there are many people like that on the TS of a Minecraft Server. If someone breaks the rule, e. g. harrases a player, you can always report it to a staff member and that person will get punished and watched closely.

    I also don't believe you meet more Pedophiles on a Minecraft TS Server as if you go to the next Shopping Mall.

    I have never encountered your stereotypical "pedophile" on our TeamSpeak server but there is defiantly the occasional troll or rule breaker.

    If you are not supposed to be around occasional foul language and and conversations that are not always held with the realization kids are preset, then its possible you mom is right. It all depends on your age and maturity level. The final call is up to your parents...

    Only in private channels and generally it's a joke. If your mom feels you shouldn't be in them, don't go on it then. Think of it like this... If you don't use Teamspeak, you will have a 0% chance of meeting a pedophile on teamspeak xD

    Well, I must say I have seen some quite weird people on teamspeak, but as long as you hang out with the right people it's not that bad.
