Tping up ladder look like blink

No, because this is a well-known glitch. Your entity person thingy wont be rendered by the opponent for a couple seconds, so by the time you are up the ladder you will be loaded for him, and it looks like blink.
Also, how is he your friend if you killed him and he supposedly "recorded" you?
I really doubt he recorded you, he probably said that it make you scared.
Half the time they don't record or never upload.

 

Okay. That is really all there is to it.. you tping to a friend, rushing up a ladder before the opponent loads your entity, and then killing him just as you entity loads, which looks like blink, but by a trained or sharp eye can be distinguishable.

 

It's highly recommended not to, however since the staff are so "strict" about glitching it is perfectly allowed.

You can't get banned but it will hurt your reputation. My advice is only use this against team holy because they say it's ok.
