New idea! Clan xp sharers!

Hello McBrawlers! Endercowy here with a new idea, Clan xp sharers!

To give clans a better meaning besides same teams, I came up with an idea which sort of incorporates more clan tea working.

This idea allows the Clan Owner a chance to help his/her own clan by buying a xp clan share.
It will cost 5,000 credits [changeable]
It will go under the /clan command.
Also, each participating clan member of this must pay 2000 credit fine.
People with MVP or VIPS don't give extra xp to clan members.

How does it work? This works by once the clan owner buys this, his/her clan will all be linked together.
To help lower levelled members, all of the players in the clan will play the game, recieve that xp but also the total average amounts of kills.
Eg: Endercow gets 10 kills = 250 xp xminecrafteerx gets 16 kills = 400xp Thomas gets 5 kills = 125 xp
Pretend we are they only clan members in our clan
All of our kills are average 10.3333333 kills, so round to 10. This will be an extra boost of xp to all the members extra and the average number divided by 2 is 5 and so then all of the clan members get 125 xp extra for being part of that clan share.

10 divided 2= 5, 5x25 =125.

NOTE: this will only work if you were part of the game and same server as other members. You will not recieve any extra loan xp if you are not in game, or are not on the McWar server. Also, you must all be on the same server
Eg: we're all on 12 so we get the xp boost.
