    One thing. This always bugs meh up in game while walking or sprinting.

    I want help how I could fix it..

    You need to allocate Java more RAM. Just google it.

    Change that number 1 in the JVM arguments box to number 2. You'll get twice the amount of RAM allocated.

    BEFORE YOU CONSIDER ADDING MORE RAM MAKE SURE YOURS COMPUTER HAS ENOUGH AND OTHER PROGRAMS RUNNING KEEP BALANCED

    1024MB should be enough.

    Just delete a few singleplayer world. that usually does it for me, that has happened a few times. Also, if you have enough ram, try @F1r3tar 's solution. To check this on windows go to computer then click on system properties, not sure about mac

    I've already tried to do that.... I have only 1 xD and take away some scrieenies

    1024 never was enough for me. I had to bump it up. Oh, and in order to allocate more than one gig of RAM, then you have to have a 64 bit computer and 64 bit java.
