A solution for Tier V weapons.

Not with vanilla minecraft.

 

Actually yes with vanilla. I have see a HG gun plugin with duel wield. Its just two guns that are in the same texture that fire 1 bullet for right/left click.

Gun nut IRL here. I know this is a game, but
Handguns: For a pistol upgrade, there isn't much. Lights and lasers are the main add ons commonly used on handguns besides suppressors. Weapon lights could be useful in some of the darker spots in the map, but wouldn't be amazing. A possible choice would be internal modifications, like trigger mods, frame weights, better grip which boosts fire rate and accuracy. These are pretty common, there's cataloges with 80 pages of internal parts, just for Glocks. If you have dual wield, you need to nerf the crap out of the accuracy. Due to the way your eyes work, you can't shoot both accurately, one of them ends up being totally inaccurate, as you can't keep both weapons sighted.
Automatics: Scopes are a boost, so are barrels and internal kits, like bolt carrier group chromed, to prevent failure. I think it would be pretty sweet (and realistic), if guns jammed on occasion, and you needed to reload to clear the jam.
Sniper: Barrel modifications, boosted scopes, maybe a super rare thermal scope?
Shotguns: Not much to change, by the way, the device that changes the spread is the choke, you could have various chokes.

As for the ammo debate, I hate to say it, both of you are wrong. A full metal jacket round is a common round, it has a lead core, and as the name implies, it has a full coating of copper around the lead, known as a jacket. FMJ ammo is amazingly powerful, but it's pretty accurate, and is extremely common. Armor piercing ammunition however, (AP) has a steel or heavy metal core, usually coated in lead, then jacketed with copper. This ammunition is very good at penetrating steel plates, and shooting through walls. Hollow points are mainly used in handguns and rifles, but hollow points are made for shotgun slugs and sniper rounds. Hollow points do extreme damage, as they expand, and do much more damage than a FMJ. Incendiary ammo has a charge of pressure detonated explosive, which can be combined with a steel core to do massive damage to armored vehicles (see Barret 50 cal).
There are more variations to this, if anyone wants to debate or ask questions, I'm cool with it, PM me so this doesn't get locked however. As for the weapon upgrades, I like the idea, it makes a lot of sense, I would like to see this added.

 

I'm not sure about this on. I guess we can do this but is there any possible plugins that make it silenced for desert eagle or sometthing like that. Correct me if there is .

It's just a standard textured gun, but it has 2 ammo slots, and no ADS.
Left click fires the left gun, right fires the right gun.

 

I think this would be ok but it would add a lot to the game and i am not sure that everyone would like this.

 

Then that requires a client mod.

 

Pistol Silecer would work 100% I think they just need to lower the volume in the configuration settings.

 

I believe Tier V weapons would be a curse and a blessing. They would enable the usual gang of people to have even more power! It would also add more fun to the game. People would start leaving T4 for others to scavenge and just go right after T5. This would create a sort of.. balance(?) in the game.. and allow there to be much more beautiful battles. This is just my opinion.
