less tolerance of disrespect in the mc-war community

I have been saying be nice to players for a long time, I have been defending other players and been making suggestions.

And the sad part is that this is just the part of the web people can actually see which is only a small part of the internet as a whole. The internet is like a ocean, we know what's on top of the ocean (the part of the internet we can see using google or bing) but what's below it? The deep web, which is probably at least 5x worse then the normal web which is already bad as it is. So if people are rude on the normal web, it is probably nothing compared to some of the stuff that goes on in the deep web

Mods do need to be stricter on war. State whatever reason you want or some bs such as "deal with it" but they need to be stricter PERIOD.
