I love it because it is almost instant combo to the deagle.

 

It's not that the Model's op, it's just that you can camp behind a corner and instantly demolish an enemy in one buckshot, which is why a lot of players says it's too op. Let's be for real, it's not as op when comparing it to several overused weapons.

P.S. It's pronounced Model, not Moddel.

The Model is kinda underused tbh. It doesn't seem like people really hate it.

I love model.but they nerved it

 

I always loved the model, it represents the playing style I like - not spraying at a crowd of enemys, but eliminating single enemys fast and somewhat silent. I use it when the map is good for it and I already launched some nukes with it, for example on WMD.

 

It isn't too OP. It is just too OP to be unlocked at level 22 and cost just 100 credits. Especially when you concider that spas 24 and thypoid are worse :/

 

Every Tier of weapon needs one upper Echelon which excels beyond every other gun in its class.

Pistol - Python
Sniper - Iso
Rifle - Skull
Shotgun - Moddel 1887

Its just something very powerful that other people might become partial to. Dislike it? Try either returning with a new strategy or, rely on what you refer to as an 'Iso Noob' to take them out.

 

Yeah, pretty much. The guns work in a similar way; usually there are 2 best weapons.
Of course, I disagree with how the server was set up like this, but there's no way to change it now.

 

In what way? Seems to me as if it's the same, except it's harder to use because of recoil.

The model is an interesting weapon. It has amazing killing capacity, most of the time killing in one shot (which is why many people see it as OP). However the model lacks versatility and, more importantly, speed. The model is a support weapon and is not designed for mowing down groups of enemies. I always treat it like a sniper rifle (kind of) because of what it does. Think about it: usually a OSK, single target, long reload/fire rate time, marks you for death when seen holding it, is a support weapon.
So, if you treat it like it should be treated, the model is amazing. People start hating it only when they try to land a super ultra mega extreme Xx_killstreak!11!!1!_xX. Which has always frustrated me.
You should always do your own thing with your gun, but never get upset because you can't fit a square peg into a round hole.
That's my thinking on the model "problem"

However the typhoid and spas-24 both desperately need buffs.

 

Typhoid doesn't need a buff

 

Just a small one, maybe for ammo or reload.

 

I don't know why model is considered overpowered. It is a pretty hard gun to use, and with every gun, it can be rewarding if used right. I dislike people who yell shotgun noob every time they get killed by a model.
