    Are you allowed to use ts3? If so, what did you say to your parents when asking for permission to use ts3? Also, how old are you? I need tips for how to get permission to use ts3 as I am not allowed currently by my mom :I

    I never asked them actually. They let me use skype, so I don't think they would care :wink: They aren't like "Oh my god, you might meet pedophiles there"

    Tell your mom that there are only young people like you who enjoy playing minecraft on the TS server. (Yes, there are some weird trolls, but your mom does not need to know that, huh?)

    2 problems.
    1. Im norwegian so I would basicly be able to talk to @poskeharen if Im going to talk norwegian. If I talk english, Im busted.
    2. My mom always asks which IRL friend like name. She would probably want to say hi aswell ;V

    I have the same problems, I'm french and if I talk in english I'm busted too, so I only TS/Skype when I'm home alone if I need to speak english.

    I told her that, but she just said "Oh? How do you know that they are kids? They might be grown up people using voice manipulators. They will trick you bleh bleh bleh". She basicly think that all of you are rapers that will trick me into meeting you(You are adults she thinks). I fully see how you can meet and rape me when you don't even live in the same country as me.....

    I'm not allowed to use ts3 because I'm obviously a 5 year old with overly protective parents and a dangerously squeaky voice

    Dude, Im not even allowed to use the forums. Forums are easy to hide tough since I just use my phone.

    I tought you used ts in the past.

    I got all the education about "never meet anyone from the internet, don't give out personal information" in school and from my parents and now they trust me that I can be cautious on my own. Tell your mom that it is easy to hear when someone uses a voice changer, that the people you are talking to are mostly from other countries and that you would never meet anyone you only know from the internet in real life. I think that should be enough.

    You are 16 tough, Im 13. My mom isn't thechnologicly orientated so she probably thinks that voice changers nowdays can change your voice and make it be realistic. By this stage, she would probably yell " DO YOU THINK I AM A FOOL??!!", and ground me for a month ;-; She always does that when she gets proven wrong.

    My parents don't mind that I'm talking english on ts. When they first busted me I explained to them what it was, and then they decided that it was good practice when it comes to talking english :v
    So I'm cool with it.
