Some Ideas

Claymore:
Class: Donator item ($5 USD)
Quantity (per life): 3
Item info:
-Gold pressureplate
-Blast/detection radius of 2 blocks from the center
-Instant kill with regular armor, half with Super

Claymore is a placable item which can be placed on the floor and walls. Unlike C4, when activated it detects players and explodes when they are within range.

Grenade Launcher:
Class: Donator item ($3 USD)
Quantity (per life): 1
Item info:
-Clay
-Normal grenade blast radius
-Instant kill up close

Grenade launcher replaces your primary weapon slot. For ammo, it uses the current amount of grenades in your inentory: regular, flashbang, molotov, etc. With scav, it adds one grenade per kill. It can shoot farther than throwing.

Missile Launch:
Class: Killstreak
Info:
-Blast radius of 7/8 all around

Like in CoD, missile launch allows you to tactically fire a missile at the enemy team. You recieve an item "Target Locator (redstone torch)" and left click to where you want it to hit.

Gas Grenade:
Class: Donator item ($3 USD)/buyable (Mc War credits)
Quantity (per life): 2

-Green dye
-Blast radius of 2 from the center
-Low damage

The gas grenade is a throwable. When thrown, the gas grenade explodes doing little damage. Anyone who is inside the blast radius recieves poison effect.

UGV (Unmanned Ground Vehicle):
Class: Donator item ($4 USD)
Quantity (per life): 1

-Cow
-Automatic assault

The UGV is a placeable item which moves around the map. It is equipped with a minigun or other automatic weapon and lasts for a minute and a half or until it is destroyed. It attacks anyone on the enemy team if they are in a 20 block range.

UAV (Armed):
Class: Donator item ($4 USD)
Quantity (per life): 1

-Bat
-Automatic assault

The UAV (Armed) is placeable item which floats above it's placement point. It cannot move but is equipped with a long range weapon (2-3 shot kill). It lasts for one minute or until it is destroyed.

UAV (Unarmed)
Class: Donator item ($3 USD)
Quantity (per life): 2

-Chicken
-Tactical map
-Scans enemies

The UAV (Unarmed) is a placeable item which floats above it's placement point, higher than an armed UAV. It enables you to see the map and enemies, but only lasts for one minute or until it is destroyed.

Yeah, the UVs could be 10-30 sec instead of 1 minute to a minute and a half.
