Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? -

• Servers- During the week, I am on around six to seven hours depending on what is on my schedule for that day, and how much homework I have. During the weekend, I am on around eleven to thirteen hours, again depending on what I am doing that day. When anyone asks a question in chat I try to answer it as best as I can, even if I am in the middle of something. I am mostly seen on Skywars and Mc-Warz, as I do go on Mc-War and McParty every so often.

• Forums- I now have 500 plus posts on the forums. Almost all of my posts have a point off me posting it. I check the forums when I am at school, on brunch or lunch, between classes, and when I am at home. I am helpful because, I answer people’s questions as best as I can.

• TeamSpeak- During the week, I am on around six to seven hours. During the weekend, I am on around eleven to thirteen hours. This is usually the same as my activity when I am playing on the servers. I have been trying to join public channels more often, as one of my big weaknesses is going into a private channel with my friends or teammates. I answers people’s questions as fast as I can and as to the best of my knowing if they PM me on TeamSpeak.

Approximately, how many rule breaker reports have you submitted? -
I have successfully reported around sixty plus players, this includes people who advertise, spam chat repeatedly, hack, make DDoS and DOX threats, glitch, or are an alternative account of a banned player. I always have Fraps up whenever I am on Minecraft and I always have Gyazo ready, if needed for a screenshot. In the month of October I won first place of the most valid reports. I turned fourteen, Setember 7th, 2000.

Pacific Standard Time, US.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? -
I have been playing Minecraft since, May of 2013. I started out playing factions with my friends which then showed me the wonderful community of Mc-Brawl, around the 25th of September, 2013. I have been staff on a bunch of servers, even one of the first successful practice servers know to date, PracticeZ. I started playing Mc-Warz for around four months, and quit for around two to three months because I got hit off for thirteen hours and I was afraid of getting hit off, he also made a SWAT threat which did scare me because I didn’t know too much about SWATing before that. I then played on a faction server and got board of that, then got back into Mc-Warz around the end of summer to now.

What is your experience with moderating servers? -

• I was Helper for around three weeks on a faction server called; NortexPvP (Server shut down because of money issues.)

Proof: None available other then I can give you the owner’s Skype.

• I was Mod for around two months on a soup-kit PvP server called; kitpvp.ca. (I resigned because the staff got corrupt and you were able to buy mod and admin.)

• Owner, on a sort of Survival Multiplayer Server (SMP) called; infernosurvival.mcph.co (Server shut down because of money issues.)

• I was Mod on theavengenetwork.com or practicez.com for around three months. (Mc-Warz practice server that I resigned from when they started not banning people because they picked favorites, meaning they didn't ban their friends if they hacked, DDoSed, or Doxed.)

Proof: No proof, but most of all old Warz players can confirm.

What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? -

• I will improve the Mc-Brawl community and will lower the amount of DDoS and Dox threats. I want people to start teaming and not having to worry about getting DDoSed.

• I will make sure people respect each other. This means, harassing someone too much isn't allowed. Some people may take it serious. This can end up for the person commuting suicide and I hope no-one of us wants this to happen, as it can lead you into getting in trouble and it is just plain out wrong.

• I will also make sure people follow the rules, meaning the rules on TeamSpeak, the forums, and in-game.

• I will make sure people get banned for hacking or abusing glitches even if they are on my team or my friend.

• I will make sure people want to play on Mc-Brawl, by meaning banning the hackers and DDoSers so they won’t be afraid on getting blinked on or getting hit off during a fight.

• I will make sure people will get banned or muted for advertising a server or spamming repeatedly in chat, after being told not to.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? -
Yes, I have hacked in Minecraft 1.4.5, I used it for one faction servers. Yet this is wrong but, I think this helps staff by know what hacks are and not falsely banning/reporting someone for lag or they are just good.

Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? -
I don't recall be being banned on any servers surprisingly. If I was banned it was only a Temp-Ban, but I don't even recall that.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? -
I am about as active as you can be. On the weekends, I would call myself a no-life or addicted to this game. When I am active, I am also helpful. I help people with the best of my ability when they have questions, or just give them some tips or loot to start out with.

How active do you consider yourself on TS3? -
Same as above, I am about as active as you can. And on the weekends I am on almost all day long. As above, when no one is on I join channels without a password or make my own channel saying, “Need Help? PM QuinnGannon2 for answers.” Or I join public channels. Out of these three categories I think I need to priories working on this one the most, because I don’t public channels as much as I should.

How active do you consider yourself on the forums? -
I consider myself decently active on the forums with 500 plus post, most of these posts are useful and are not spammed. I am mostly on all day, as I do have a phone that I can go on the forums in-between classes or at my brunch or lunch breaks. I usually don’t make any posts at this time because, I don’t want to say something really stupid and not find out until my next class. Out of these three categories I think I need to priories working on this one the most.

What do you consider your greatest strength? -
My strengths are working with people, because I am very calm and patient. I am also very good with teamwork because of this strength, I love talking to people and teaching them how to play. I also love to learn new ideas that other people have. As I love this strength, I am on TeamSpeak almost all the time, talking to everyone in the Mc-Brawl community who wants to be talked too.

What do you consider your greatest weakness? -
My greatest weakness is not going into public channels on TeamSpeak. I am usually in channels with my teammates which are mostly private, but now that they are not on as much during the weekdays, I am in public channels more often. When I am playing SkyWars, I am usually always never in a private channel.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? -
Okay, for example if someone was harassing someone or spamming in chat I would then give them a warning. I would make sure they know what they are doing wrong. I would address this warning by messaging the player (/msg).


How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? -
If the player continues harassing or spamming in chat I would then temp-mute them for a small given amount of time and explain the reason why I muted them so they hopefully got the point of why I did it. I would also warn them if the continued there would be a harsher punishment, so they hopefully will stop. I would take proof of the accident, so he won’t be able to say that I was muting him for no reason.


How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? -
If the play kept harassing or spamming in chat I would then lead up with a longer to perm mute because he got warned multiple of times to stop. I would then make sure I would have proof (Screenshots or Gyazos) so I can prove why I muted the player. Then if it kept on going, I would then lead it to a perm-mute with proof.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? -
If someone proves me wrong I will acknowledge my wrong doings and make sure I will not make that same mistake again, and just move on, not causing an argument.

What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? -

• I would get proof, meaning screenshots of how the player is breaking the rule.

• I would then tell the rule breaker what he was doing wrong and warn him not to do it again.

• I would report him to staff higher than me, and they can take their actions.

When would you lock a thread? -

Anything else we should know about you?

• Parents are divorced so some weekends I might not be-able to be on as much because my dad doesn't haven't internet, but I will be on minechat and still active on the forums.(Note: I will tell the other staff members if I will be gone.)

• If I don't get staff it will not affect me playing on Mc-Brawl less. (This is my third time applying for staff as I improved on the spots that I was struggling on.)

• I have an alternate account called YouAreEZ that I mostly only use as a free tp log on Warz.

Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? -
1. I will get proof of the player being out of the map.(ScreenShots or Video)
2. I will then warn the player not to do it again.
3. I will then contact the staff members about the player or players being able to get out of the map on that certain map.

Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? -
Yes, as I stated above I was staff on a very popular Mc-Warz practice server and I helped with some of the plugins and the commands. I know how to mute, temp-mute, temp-ban, and ban, with the explanation and correct time.

Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? -

Yes, hopefully this will never happen, but I am informed of this.

Thanks for the feedback. The posts are public visible. I don't remember disrespecting you, if I did it was a long time ago and I regret it.

 

My cousin, Redvoodoo41, also has access to that account. Guessing it was him, I only use it as a tp log and rarely fight on him.

 

When did this happen, and if you had any proof I would like to see. Don't want to start a flame war, but you are lying.

 

I answer questions in game to my best ability. Also I just found out that our time zones are 8 hours apart so that might be the issue.
