This exactly. The reason why you never hear about white people getting killed by the police force is that it will not bring ratings. Of all the major national murder charges of the past few years, how many involved a black person vs. a white man? Pretty sure 100% of them. It's ratings...

Just keep in mind, NEVER believe everything from the media. Normally there is a LOT of information they leave out/emphasize. For each of these people, I bet you can find something important that the media isn't reporting about.

Oh, and the Rice shooting is justified. This '12 year old kid' had a BB/airsoft gun without a tip, and was pointing it at people in public. When you take the orange tip off (which is illegal), it will look like a real gun. When the officers arrived at the scene, they told Rice 3 times I believe to put his hands up. What did Rice do? He disobeyed an officer's orders and reached for his waist so he could grab the gun. The cop then open fired. Now I do believe that the officer did not know it was a toy gun (there is a news article somewhere, I can not get it now because of a lack of time), so the officer took action. He was not going to take a risk of being fake/real for anything.
There is a video that was published today as well. I am sure major media websites have posted it.

 

Hm... This is an extremely hard topic to talk about considering there are so many different accounts of what happened.
There is one story, saying that Brown turned around to face the officer (while he was fleeing) and put his hands up in surrender before being shot. If this was the case, I would say that is definitely an excessive use of force/police brutality.
Of course, there's another story saying he turned and charged the officer, and he shot in self defense, which I find to be pretty reasonable considering how large Brown was.
There is a lot of colliding eyewitness accounts. I don't think there is any way to be absolutely sure of what happened. Reading through the posts in this thread, apparently there is an autopsy somewhere out there which I have not been able to find.
Personally, I remain pretty neutral in this, since there is no way to actually know what happened.
The fact that people are jumping to the conclusion that, just because one was white and the other black, it was a hate crime is kind of ridiculous. Yes, I know, racism is a pretty big issue, but that doesn't mean every one is racist. As far as I've read up, Brown stole from a store and at some point acted like he had intentions of harming a police officer. Black or white, that is against the law.
Yes, there is also a possibility that Wilson actually acted out of racism against black people. But there's a chance he just shot someone while trying to save his life. It's just that no one actually knows, but they all take sides anyways.
I think this is just an average case of a shooting, but the media took the fact that one of them was black and made it seem like a hate crime so that everyone's talking about it.
Please, if I have provided any information here that is false, feel free to correct me. Like I said before, there are many accounts of what happened, so it's difficult to fish out the true from the false.

i think it was just a normal thing if it was white cop to white guy nothing would happen people like to say its racist and use excuses to get free stuff im sorry if it sonds racist but a black lady got mad at me and she said i will sue u and i did something similar to an indian lady and she just cussed me out in indian but no suing
