    When I killed this guy in game, on chat it duplicated the death message for him. Maybe because I killed him with tomahawk and ran out of them? I have shutdown people in the past and this hasn't happened.

    I remember this. Only moderators can get doubled-killed. Something just glitches out, and this happens.

    This is a bug with mods. For me about 1/5 times this happens where I get double killed. It's very strange and probably has too do with the fact we enter spectate instead of get sent to hub.

    As soccer said previously, this glitch happens sometimes when you kill moderators. I have noticed that it seems to happen when my bullets hit someone at the same time/after I die.
