Idea Named mobs act like player

This would totally destroy tracking. I could just make 100 mobs named Lord_Roke and nobody would ever find my real base.

 

This would defeat the entire purpose of tracking, as Roke said it would make tracking someone near to impossible.

 

That is if you have the nametags

I honestly don't think this will be added. Purely because of all the previous feedback. And especially being on a tracking team, I highly vote no to this. Sorry Torch

 

I think this wouldn't be a good idea. HOWEVER, there could be something like a decoy to mislead the tracker. But there would be some restrictions of how many decoys you can have.

 

I just thinks its overall a bad idea... Its gonna destroy the hardcoreness of the server.

 

The idea to be able to name mobs is kinda destracting. But something to make it work is you could have a low limit of naming mobs. That way it won't destroy tracking too much, and at the same time you can be able to name mobs.

 

You are already able to name mob by using nametags, but those named mobs don't act like normal players.

 

If thats where you are going with this, this idea has no purpose

 

I agree. Anyone could make a bunch of animals to the players name. Then it will be impossible to find a player! Sorry torch but I vote no...
