Practice moderator application V. 2

For those of you who didn't see the title, this is a practice mod application ( I plan to apply when my school year ends ). So I'm posting this to get criticism on what I should do that would make you feel that I am worthy of getting moderator when I really apply! If you dont want to see this type of "fake" application please don't hesitate to click away again thanks for the feedback!

Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak? - No, currently I just figured out how to allow myself to get onto teamspeak as stated in my "My Little Dilemma" thread I made today. However by the time that I apply for real I should be fully active.
Approximately, how many rule breaker reports have you submitted? - Currently 3 or 4, I don't usually run into hackers because I like to play on small servers but when I do I report them.

How old are you? - I am currently 15 years of age.
What time zone are you in? - I am in Eastern Time Zone
What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft? - I started playing minecraft originally when the pocket edition first came out ( When I started playing there were no furnaces ), then later I made my account abcd7568 and tchuckraider on minecraft PC edition at around 1.0 Release. I played around with single player alot and messed with mods a bit, then I later joined a small PVP arena server. I played on this server for a long time and then the server shut down by 1.1. Then Axperson101 and I went around looking for a new server and we came across this new factions server and actually became admin on it but it was, again, later shut down. After that I kind of stopped playing minecraft and just watched videos on youtube, then on March 25, 2013 I saw Ssundee's first "Call of Minecraft" video showcasing Mc-War. At first I went onto the server just to see Ssundee and the whole team crafted, but then later fell in love with the server Mc-Warz, this was caused by some of my friends from Mc-War,a dn even some of my friends I know from my neighborhood and school started slowing drifting to WarZ, so I thought "What could go wrong to try it". Then that brings us up to now where I am applying for moderator
What is your experience with moderating servers? - I have moderated one of my friends old servers that held 10-20 people on it max, also I moderated the PvP arena server I mentioned earlier, however like I said before I had admin on the factions server that I played on, I also recently received a builder/super-mod on a soon to be released server.
What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status? - If I receive moderator status, I will provide a safe kid friendly community where hackusations will be dealt with immediately, actually hackers will be dealt with, glitchers will be punished, and overall a safe, fun community, that will involve absolutely a NO FLAME TOLERANT environment for ddos and fox jokes, and the phrases "eZ skid" etc.

Have you ever used a hacked client before? - Yes I have, but not for the reason that you think. When I was an admin on the factions server, the other admins and the two co-owners suggested experimenting with a hack client so that I know what I will be dealing with and their limits. I have experimented with nodus ( back when it was still used ) and weepcraft, however I am familiar with other hack clients. On the other hand I also used to x-ray on factions servers to benefit myself after I learned that many of the players, and a few of the moderators did it too, though I never was caught, but my friend Axeperson101 was caught and banned. This caused me to realize the danger of hacking.
Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why? - No, I have not been banned from a minecraft server before, unless you consider unreasonable bans, such as recently the owner kept on using /kill tchuckraider and I was banned for ".kill", but I have been close other than that for close calls on x-ray.

How active do you consider yourself in-game? - I play really when ever I can so in the summer I play 6-7 hours a day ( I know, no life ) and on school days I play 3-4 hours a day.
How active do you consider yourself on TS3? - You can find me frequently in non-private temporary channels, and the mc-war channel. The reason I do not tend to use the "Mc-WarZ" teamspeak channel is, because I do not like the atmosphere of all the swearing, nor the hackusations and flaming.
How active do you consider yourself on the forums? -I consider myself decently active on the forums, considering I try to post mostly helpful replies, and threads, and I do not spam. Although I do none of these I am near the goal of 300 posts to apply.
What do you consider your greatest strength? - My greatest strength personality wise is that I always think from a third party's point of view, and this makes almost all of my opinions unbiased, but at times my third party vision may be blinded by real life problems, or me not being in the best of moods, but this does happen very often. ( however that opinion is biased )
What do you consider your greatest weakness? - My greatest weakness in my mind is that sometimes with my thinking style, it's sometimes hard to understand where people get things from, Like hackusations, sometimes I don't even understand where the player is coming from with how he says things.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time? - I would tell them to stop, nicely.
How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time? - I would tell them that if they continued actions will be taken to stop them, such as a kick.
How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time? - I would kick them from the server for 0-5 minutes.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums? - I would admit that I'm wrong and apologize for giving out false information on the forums.
What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums? - I would lock their thread and tell them to stop and that if they don't actions will be taken, and if they reply that they "don't know the rules in place" I will give them the rules to the forums, and I will explain what they did in depth.
When would you lock a thread? - I would lock a thread when: the author requests it to be locked, if there are just insults flying around, and if all information is given to the author that they need.

Anything else we should know about you? -
Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with? - Private message them to go back into the map, if they do not then I ask one more time, if they still continue then I will proceed to kick them.
Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work? - Yes, because I was an admin and mod on different servers, I've grown accustomed to plugins and commands and figuring them out.
Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away? - Absolutely, and I will never cause you to have to take away my powers.
