A Very Serious Issue.

WarZ moderators are practically useless when it comes to hackers. I could never ban on the spot when I was WarZ mod.

 

You literally tagged a moderator in the post.

Also, not just WarZ mods. I was in this situation a few times and I couldn't do anything about it. The best I could do was to use BHK, but I'm not sure we can talk about that on the forums.

 

Moderators are mostly used to moderate chat :V
If you see any hackers and have a valid proof, report them.

 

People who play ALLOT of warz should be a Mod
If a player gets reported for hacking 2 or more times without proof, Mods or people who record while playing should play against the Hacker a couple of times. Mods should be undercovered by changing their username or be invninsible and watch the Hacker play.

Well the United States can't just go around arresting everyone they think committed the crime without any prosecution and stuff, kind of the same way with mods.
How will we know that the person really wasn't hacking, and it was just lag that they missed on first notice?

 

Mods are usually the most active, this includes in game, therefore maybe they should have the ability to temp ban, because they can get something done then and there and not have to worry about other players encountering the same thing.

 

There are many reasons why Moderators don't have access to ban on the spot. One of them, not saying this is true of all Moderators, but many of them can't tell the difference between hacks and lag. I can't tell you how many times a Moderator has come to me with a video of a player lagging calling it blink. I can't even imagine what they would do if they didn't have video proof :v It also takes a great deal of responsibility, and we know not all Moderators are ready for it.

They do have the ability to ban for an hour, but its used as a last resort.

 

Just post a hacker report, I post them almost daily and they will hopefully be banned within 24 hours. And until they are banned avoid fighting them.

 

Yes. Lets give people like speck (who formerly had mod) to ban people on the spot. dude ur a genius how do u not have owner?

I will never respect mods with no power however some mods don't deserve to have power do to there past. I won't name names but you know who you are.

 

What ever happend, I hope it all gets delt with.

 

There are specific reasons as to why they can not have more permissions for on the spot banning, as @Signatured said above. That is why recording every fight that you can remember to hit the record button is beneficial.
