Don't rush in, stay back and let the foot soldiers do the damaging for you. Then you come in and finish the job.
Don't attack turrets alone; stay with these foot soldiers. Retreat if the turret targets you.
Take on other Champions in a 1v1.
Play against bots first. You'll need basic skills before fighting other players.

That's what I got from my friend :v

    This is basic crap >:V
Also, minions don't do significant damage, and will just give the enemy champion free xp, so it's pointless letting them engage to "do the damaging for you".

    1. WARD.
Many noobs disregard warding because they are too lazy or don't know what warding is. Buy some stealth wards (1-2 each trip to the shop) and place them where there is alot of traffic/activity (river brush, tri-brushes, jungle paths). Vision control is VERY IMPORTANT. It lets you know when your lane is going to be ganked, when to spilt push, securing objectives etc. If you look at competitive games the team that dominates vision control usually wins. Just don't completely waste gold on wards; tell your teammates to contribute (especially the support).

    2. FARM EFFICIENTLY AND SAFELY
You need to master last-hitting (executing/killing a minion), also called CS-ing (C-creep, S-score). This is the major part of the laning phase and the gold income from minions is very important. Pressure your lane opponent to deprive them from farm; poke them with skillshots and attack them when they approach in an attempt to farm. Sometimes this doesn't go well for you at all (like a Nasus vs. Teemo lane, a bad day for Nasus) and you'll either need to play very passively and aggressively or lane swap with your mid laner.

    3. BUILD YOUR ITEMS RIGHT.
Your build needs to match your champion (you can't build all-ability power on a physical damage champion) and "build" items buy purchasing one of their components. For example, I rush Infinity Edge on Lucian, so I rush BF Sword as fast as possible (Pickaxe if I'm broke). Also know when to sell some items late-game (if you start with a Doran's item, sell it for extra space or cash late game; the extra 100-something gold can be useful). Also adjust your build path based on the situation. Say your'e in top lane playing tank (like Nasus or Garen). If your lane opponent is mostly magic damage, (like Akali or Ryze), then you should go for a Doran's Shield or Null-Magic Mantle (for the extra magic resist; plus you can directly build it into Merc Treads and save gold). If your lane opponent is mostly physical damage (Renekton, Aatrox, etc.) then you can get Cloth Armor and directly build it into Ninja Tabi, Glacial Shroud, or other armor/health items. Note that this doesn't apply to all champions and roles. You also want to rush certain items that give your champ a power-spike. For example, I main Yasuo, so I rush Statikk Shiv because it's a huge boost for him (cheap, crit chance, attack speed, lightning passive, mvmt speed). Not all champs have power-spike items, though.

    4. PLAY YOUR ROLE. (exceptions can exist)
Top lane: Normally in the tank-fighter range, your job is to act as the all-in man from your team. Top laners usually rush items that give them tankiness (sunfire cape, rod of ages). You are also in charge of suppressing their AD carry (more info below). Top laners usually take teleport to create surprise ganks and teamfights.

Mid lane: Usually a mage or AD caster (like Yasuo), mid laners are a large part of the damage output of the team. They have versatile kits that can change teamfights (CC, resets, AOE). The mid lane is the most unrestricted of the lanes.

Bot lane/ AD carry: A role purely for marksmen, these are the primary damage dealers of the team, since they can attack enemies from a distance, while having high-scaling spells for large damage. Some are ability/combo/skillshot dependent (Lucian), and are known as AD casters, but others are purely autoattack reliant (Jinx, Tristana, Kog'Maw) and are called hypercarries. AD carrys are VERY squishy, and are very dependent on defense from their team to make a big difference. AD carrys always build 100% offensive items (sometimes 1 defensive item)

Bot lane/ support: Goes with the AD carry to bot lane. You either heal or defend your AD-carry, or use CC spells to set up trades and kills. The support also needs to place wards very often (buy a Sightstone for this)

    5. DON'T TRY TO TURRET DIVE/BE STUPID EARLY GAME
In early game, 3-4 turret hits and your'e a goner. Don't attempt to execute/chase someone under their turret UNLESS:
    1. You only need one autoattack/spell to kill him and he definitely in range
    2. You are absolutely confident that his CC spells are on cooldown/unusable. Being stunned under the turret basically means you are DEAD.
    3. You have a fail-safe gapcloser (Vi's ult, Nocturne's ult, any dash move)
    4. You have at least 75-60% health.
Also known when to initiate trades. Attack him when he just burned a major spell that usually gives you trouble, or punish him for overextending/missing a skillshot. Also know when to retreat, or else you'll get punished by him.

    6. WHEN YOUR TEAM IS ALIVE AND THEIR'S ISN'T, GO FOR THEIR TOWERS/GET BARON OR DRAGON
Winning a teamfight is a good opportunity to take objectives. Prioritize each carefully. Usually you should go destroy their base structure, then go for the monster buffs.

That's all I've got for you so far. I'm really bored lol

Actually, that is not an optimal build. You should never build ability power on Jinx, so the Morellonomicon and Tear if the Goddess are useless to Jinx. Instead, replace them with Berserkers Greaves (start building these early) and a Guardian Angel as a last balanced defensive item. This can change based o the situation. If they have a lot of physical damage rather than magic, get Randuin’s Omen. If it’s the other way around, get Banshee’s Veil. If they have a lot of CC, then get the Mercurial Scimitar, since the active removes any CC-effects on you, and can save your life. Switch between your Q to maintain the bonus attack speed, and save your E to escape or snare someone.

    Hello.

Okay here are some of my tips:

    • Try some other champs and positions (Support, mid, jungle, top)
    • I really like to play Jax. He's easy to play. (Jax is an off-tank so you are doing damage + you are tanky :3) You can play top lane or jungle.
    • Read some Guides. They are really helpfull.
    • Use smart cast / quick cast
    • Play against bots and learn to "last hit" the minions
    • Know your weaknesses. For example Talon. He can do a lot of damage if you are good enough you can kill the enemy carry with a single combo. But his downside is his life and his defensive. Once you are caught by the enemy you are almost dead (if your "R" is on cooldown).

The build is decent (other than morellonomicon and tear, don't get those ever on jinx), but usually you wanna go Infinity Edge first, then Shiv/Phantom Dancer, then bloodthirster (blade for the ruined king if they are really tanky)/last whisper. Last item should be defensive, usually Banshee Veil (against ap/something you need spellsheild for) or guardian angel. Get boots around your first 2 items depending on your gold. Frozen Mallet is probably not a great choice.
