Forum mod

In the past this has been suggested, but I think now is a good time to incorporate this idea into the forums. Basically it is like a staff application except it is a forum app. What the forum mod reqs should be is: 1000+ forum posts, 35 informative ratings, 100 likes, 50 friendlies, delete threads, and you have been apart of the forums for over 6 months. What the forum mod should get is: lock, move threads to different sections of the forums, and the ability to warn/kick people from the forums for a certain amount of days. There could be a system like the creative server where you apply for a certain privilege (ex: applying for lock ability). This system could be used to clean up the forums of locked threads and threads posted that aren't so nice. It should be the same process like an actual mod. You get a trial of the privilege, then you get accepted/demoted how you use the rank. A plus to this is that the in game mods wouldn't have to be on the forums as much just looking for requested locks, flame wars, and etc. Tell me what you think of this idea in the comments! Feel free to open the discussion to new ideas.
