Best spot?

My favorite spot is that one spot where the people can't get you cause it is that best spot.

I actually don't have a 'best spot' at all. I always like to keep moving around to different areas of the map with my Isolator, picking of other players. I find that having a 'best spot' ends up just getting you a lot kills without having a challenge to be honest, and for me, I find challenges fun.

 

Iron Bars on Carrier_Infect using a minigun. Yes, I am a mini noob.

 

The best spot to be is where enemy bullets are not.
Seriously though, I feel as though there is no true "best spot" as good players pick up on if someone is holding down an area and can target or pre aim to where they know you are. . .that said. . .the "best spots" to me are anywhere where
A. I have limited exposure and can focus my aim in a certain area
B. Far away spamming sniper shots (COUGH nuketown) at headshot level (or iso cuz iso is iso)
C. Spots off to the side from a main area where people won't pay attention to you (at first)
D. (warning, map specific) Shameless cbow spamming through vines (easy way to tick people off mind you, so keep that in mind. . .people REALLY hate cbow as it is, but add vines?. . .*shudders*)
E. Minifun in spawn I mean beind enemies by taking on side and then taking the other :3
anywhere that effectively is the hight of a block and a half from ground even with where you are standing (headglitching)
F. (warning, some skill required) Run around using corners, cover, and careful shot placement to take people out the moment they become exposed
G. Shooting around a corner while behind said corner (you cannot see what you are shooting at technically, but most of the time for me that is not an issue. . .)
H. From far away with anything (infect. . .duh. . .)
I. sorry for being rude in "H"
J. People despise ray enough, but for some odd reason, people hate it even worse in TDM. . .this said, it takes quite some skill to use, and good players can still kill you easily even if you get good, but several maps have great placed to abuse the AOE dmg, so with decent skill, you can work around the low ROF and average TTK with great success. Still dont get why people hate it in TDM. . .where it takes so much more skill and effort to use successfully. . .

 

Behind the fountain in showdown_tdm, If you spawn-camp the other team. Dx

 

There are many good spots, I really just think it depends on the gun you're using.

Yeah I agree with what she said here. Really mini-gun, moddel, spas, works I think this is our favorite.

 

1. The point of this thread is to share best spots, and not discuss why you don't like spots, therefore you really shouldn't have posted at all.
2. HighRise building for infect is by far the best spot if you can get up there.

Eventually your Minigun will reload or you will be bypassed by zombies.

 

Just expressing my view on spots, and why I don't have a particular one. Second of all, the minigun will only reload once it gets a clip of 999 and then at least 1 bullet in the other clip, so it's almost impossible for that to happen. I think you may mean 'running out of ammo'.

 

I don't mean running out of ammo, I believe I can distinguish the two texts and sounds.
And it just means when it fires 999 bullets, not in one clip.

 

Any long hallway with only one way to get to it with minifun on any infected. Pipeline and carrier come to mind.

 

Pipeline infect, beside the infects spawn. I just hate when people spider climb and end up killing me but I can't record because I'm busy defending.... No proof xD
