You want to get the link of the image you want to insert, preferably an imgur link (they work best). After that, you go to "image"..

Then you paste the link of the picture.

No, you can still post them in "off-topic" appropriately.

 

I love how we aren't allowed to post full images, but then there are threads filled with full image screenshots in which even the staff partake in.

 

Make a spoiler or drop down box of the picture, it's not a serious offense if you post these. It just spams the page.

 

Another easy method to insert images is as so:
Let's say, for example, you insert an image to imgur. (That is so simple it doesn't require an explanation)

If you press the pages to copy the BBCode for forums and then paste that url into a post, it'll automatically display the picture. Makes posting images (ones that pertain to a certain topic of course) much faster.

 

It doesn't mean no images, it means no posts that only contain images. If you're going to post an image, put some text in the post too.

 

See above. Full image posts aren't a huge problem, they just look messy. Remember that Meme posts are against the rules unless in off-topic.
