Idea /Random in nether.

    Hello!
    Today I thought of a new server idea for mcbrawl survival pvp.
    At spawn, there's a nether portal. What if you could go into the nether portal and type /random. And just like in the over world, it will bring you a couple thousand blocks out in the nether.

    Meh the nether is random so you might just spawn at the top of a cliff, falling to your death in lava. +0

    Way too op, that would be like putting someone 10,000 to 15,000 out in the overworld when you /random.

    Just saying, the /random in the nether will go 1000-2000 blocks.

    Oh if its only like 1000 blocks that would be less dangerous, as long as your aware of your surroundings. :smile:

    That is 8k to 16k (15k) in the overworld.....

    I just thought it would be cool to have a /random in the nether because maybe you tracked a base in the nether and you wanna get there faster.

    I really like the idea of /random in nether but I think it's not very possible. If you do random and go to one of the blocks, you will go to the very top which would be the nether void and that would be bad. Also if you just do /random without going to the very top you may fall to your death or suffocate in a block. +0 from me.

    Its called /random. Means it will bring you to a random location. If you tracked someone, the chance that you are tped the right way with /random is veeeery small.
    As stated above, you could spawn in a deadly location and it would be too overpowered, because 1 block in nether is 8 blocks in overworld.
