    I know this has been suggested before, but rather bump a thread from 2013 back I'm going to recreate it since it never got any attention anyways.

    ./cc stands for Clan Chat. Now, if you've played fpsHG before, when you created a team, you were able to do ./t c, which disabled all chat coming from the people who weren't in your team. I'm suggesting we do the same thing for McWar clans, because I'd like to be able to talk to my clan mates without people spamming the chat. Just earlier, I was playing with my friend TankedHD and he kept getting fanboyed so we could barely talk to each other. I'd think this would be a great addition, I just don't know if it's possible for clans. @Myortvye, would this work?

    As long as you could turn it on and off, I don't see any issues with this being added.

    Although there should be some type of notification if someone is in /cc

    Would it be something similar to this: LINKY? Just that instead of having to join a channel seperatly, you would be automaticly added upon joining the clan? Mabye you could add this aswell: The clan mods and owner could do /ccm for a mod chat that only the Mods and owner can see.

    Clan chat sound great. It's like a private chat, where you can ask something, no one other should hear :smile:

    Abseloutley not! Most people don't use ts for various reasons. An in-game chat is waaaay easier to use aswell. Changing programmes mid-game to chat is just really cumbersome.

    I don't like the idea that it hides everything but the clan chat, instead I would make it similar to Team chat on PvP Survival: Clan chat messages are highlighted in a special colour and can only be seen by clan members.
    If you don't like fanboys interrupting your conversation, talk to eachother with /msg and /r and ignore people you don't don't want to talk to.

    I get what you mean. Maybe you could make it so that when you're in team chat, you still can't hear what others are saying, but you can see what the moderators are saying?
