    I am sorry for asking too many questions on the forums, I just have a lot to ask. Can we use Texture Packs on like rank applications?

    I think you can, so long as the texture pack isn't making your build look far greater than it really is. I would contact
    patrickdemooji or Mr.OwEsOmEnEsS for clarification though.

    Yes, of course.

    For expamle some texturepacks make iron fences look like chains. These small details can make a big difference.

    Yes you can. A lot of people write on applications, "The texture-pack makes it look better." But, it is totally fine to use texture-packs.
