    I don't know if you have played World of Tanks or not, but they have a ammo system that I am very fond of. Altough World of Tanks is more complex than mc-war, the ammo system can be altered in such a way that it can work very well for mc-war too! There are 4 types of ammo in World of Tanks: AP (armor piercing), HE(High explosive), APCR(Premium AP) and HEAT(Premium HE). Normal ammo is really cheap, and is bought with credits that are earned by playing. Premium ammo is bought with gold that has to be bought with real money. Alternativly you can buy it for a high ammount of credits. If you do so, one premium shell would cost the same as 50 normal shells.

    Now, this may seem very complex. In fact, too complex for mc-war. Umm... ope, it's not! I will show you how we can implement it into mc-war now.

    In mc-war, there is no money bought currency. Nor does ammo cost anything. But there is however: credits! Credits are used to buy guns, grenades and armor. When having played for multiple months, unlocked all guns and such, many people start to have multiple thousand credits sitting around doing nothing. If this idea gets implemented, these credits would be used to buy premium ammo.

    All of the guns, exept law,flamethrower,ray and c-bow, use so called normal ammo. These guns would get a premium version of this type of ammo. The premium ammo would increase damage done by 100%. If one normal skully bullet did 3 hearths, a premium skully bullet would to 6 hearths of damage.

    Ray, law and C-bow use a exploding ammo type. They would get premium explosive ammo. The effect of this ammo would be 50% more damage, and 50% bigger splash radius. The splash damage would increase by 50% aswell.

    Flamethrower premium ammo would do 50% longer burning time, and 50% more damage.

    Now, this might seem very OP, but I have something to balance it out: the cost.

    As in World of Tanks: the higher the tier of gun, the higher the ammo cost.
    The cost would differ depending on what kind of gun ammo aswell.

    Bullet and shell prices:
    Tier 1 smgs, autos and pistols: 3 credits per bullet.

    Tier 1 snipers and shotguns: 10 credits per bullets.

    Tier 2 smgs, autos and pistols: 5 credits per bullet.

    Tier 2 snipers and shotguns: 16 credits per bullets.

    Tier 3 smgs, autos and pistols: 10 credits per bullet.

    Tier 3 snipers and shotguns: 24 credits per bullet/shell.

    Tier 4 smgs, autos and pistols: 18 credits per bullet.

    Tier 4 snipers and shotguns: 30 credits per bullet/shell.

    Tier 5 smgs, autos and pistols: 26 credits per bullet

    Tier 5 snipers: 40 credits per bullet.

    Tier 5 shotguns: 30 credits per shell.

    Law/ray/cbow: 40 credits per bolt/rocekt/beam

    Flamethrower: 20 credits per bullet

    Alternatively, you can pay 250 tokens for 16 premium bullets for 24 hours.
    You would have to allocate space for the premium ammo from your ammo capacity. That means that primary weapons can only carry 64 bullets in total, and secondarys 32.

    To choose your ammo loadout:
    There would be two commands called /primary and /secondary. It would work like this: /primary/secondary <number of normal bullets>/<number of premium bullets. Example: /primary 50/14
    It would load the ammo onto the primary and secondary you selected at time of entering the command. It would work like grenades. If you loaded 16 premium bullets, you would have 16 bullets each life for that game only. Premium bullets will not be re-gainable trough scavenger or 5kill streak.

    I think this will help giving newer players a bigger chance whilst still keeping it fair.

    It's just a much better ammo type, that is really expensive. How small is your brain may I ask?:stuck_out_tongue: Jk

    This makes me remember about this that i saw 2 years ago, i saw in the shop: UNLIMITED AMMO 5dollar
    But its a great idea man

    The idea seems fine, but I'm just concerned that this isn't featured in Call Of Duty.
    This kind of means that very rich players will be able to go Full Grizzly on normal players...

    If they went ham, they would be empty in a month at the most. I do get your point that it isn't in CoD. But then again, the guns aren't massivly ubalanced in CoD either. This gives newbies a chance due to the much higher damage to cost ratio on the lower tier guns.

    Doesn't that mean that they will sacrifice credits for a side-thing rather than focusing on the weapon progression? This kind of concerns me.

    Not really. 1 kill for them with premium ammo would cost them 1-2, mabye even 3 games worth of credits. When they find out that higher tier guns can do the same with normal ammo, they will try to get them.

    I have actually been thinking about something like this after somebody posted a picture of a bunch of different kinds of ammunition for Barret. I don't know if this will work though, I like the idea.

    I play WoT myself and I tell you that the ammunition system is not compatible with Mc-War at all.

    I'm 90% sure our current gun plugin can't handle a system like this.

    Honestly, I think that spraying down a level 5 is enough with a MiniGun it's take 1 seconds
    too kill a player :/
