Has this happened more than once? And have you tried relogging?

 

This happens time to time, try using your guns, that will help It works for me

Sometimes I have this glitch too. I fix it by pressing the sneak button. This is a glitch where the server thinks you are using sneak-hack although you actually don't so Nocheat sets you back to the position where you have been before. Sometimes I see people running around in sneak and they complain that they can't move because they don't actually press the sneak button.

 

Its anti hack plus or your just lagging badly.

 

I hold shift and move forward a bit, then walk a bit, then sprint to where I was going, it usually works for me.

 

Try jumping over one or two blocks and lea nurse head looking down at a block it helps me

 

Either your internet or the server had a lag spike. Whatever the reason, your client sends the "stop-sneaking" packet and it somehow drops. Thus, the server thinks you're still sneaking while your client thinks you're not. That means if you move faster than the defined sneak speed, e.g. walking, the server assumes it's a speed hack and pulls you back. The fix is easy: sneak, then unsneak to update the sneaking state on the server.

 

Just spam your crouch button a couple times then go on ahead.
