    This is a feature from many Call Of Duty games, so I thought it would be cool to have it.

    Tactical mask.
    EMP and Flashbang effect shortened, increased resistance from other sources.

    Well, the effects would be:
    EMP and flashbang duration is 3 seconds for the player with this perk.
    Fire resistance increased to 50%.

    This perk would be useful in order to counter EMPs or flashbangs, and may compete with the powerful Scavenger perk.
    I'd use it with Moddel and maybe a Desert Eagle as well :V

    I will do that now.
    I kind of want to reduce the amount of biased people, so I sort of stopped.

    I think a perk like this would fit nice in, and yes, it would maybe get to the same lvl as scavenger. Personally I think this is a great idea, +1
