    hmm a shooting tank I think/summon SnowGolem ~4 ~-1 ~ {Riding:{WitherHead,Motion:[5.0,0.0,0.0]}} with a bit of proper format and research could make a snowman riding a tank round.
    I don't make textures sorry, I just Neo Build. However, I guess I could look and maybe one without the ugly banner post

    Also command block summoned wither skulls have a glitchy motion animation switching to Fireballs(fixed in 1.8.2)

    I have now discovered that summoned SmallFireballs, WitherSkulls, and Fireballs experience drag and Fireballs are currently unaffected by other summoned projectiles other than explosions were drag slows them down again.

    When i saw commandblocks on the image you posted my eyes been like :greedy::greedy::greedy: ooooh commands i love commands!!
    I love to make with almost the same method fireballs that summons when you throw a snowball. Basically you throw a snowball and it turns into a fireball that, when touches a block, explodes (and you can change the explosion power too!). I use this powerful "tool" to make caves in 1.8 when i don't have world edit.
