    I h8te when people just keep joining and leaving and it takes FOREVER for it to start so i have an idea that when the players join they cant leave until the game starts so they dont make the game take forever to start

    Doesent matter they will keep joining the same game and its annoying for the players trying to play the game

    Yes, but it is not like they can miss church for Minecraft. It is just fine the way it is.

    You can't completely prevent someone from leaving. The disconnect button is a feature plugins don't have control over. However, there can be some sort of anti-log plugin that subtracts a certain number of points from your total, if you leave before the game starts.

    Same for me. Sometimes i do /back because maybe i don't like or i don't want to play a certain map...
    The server have always 100 or more people connected and as bob8is8cool said i never waited for mor than a minute.
