    To write in global chat on creative all you have to do his hit the '!' key before the message you would like to say. This is only available for AdvBuilder+.

    AdvBuilder it's a rank. On this server there are (at the moment) 5 ranks which are Builder --> AdvBuilder --> WE1 --> WE2 --> WePro

    If you never applied for a rank it means you are a [Builder]. Builders can write only in local chat (that's why when you write something a [L] appears before the message). AdvBuilder or upper ranks have the ability to speak in global chat placing a "!" before the message (Example: !Hi guys!).
