Regarding Brittan

i think most of what he does is legitimate, the problem is that hating on him is mainstream and he has become the scapegoat for all the players

instead of manning up and taking care of their problems they pile it onto him because the get support from the community. it doesn't change anything, it just makes them feel better about their ban or whatever

Mainly LuckyPop trying to build some sort of group againest him... if it was any other non-popular ordinary player there wouldn't be this many reports & stuff.

 

I think people are mistaking abuse, for over use. Yes, he does ban people for the right things (sometimes) but he uses his powers wayy too much. And it doesn't improve the community at all, it just makes people dislike him more because he is banning/kick'ing their friends. Not picking sides here, just stating how it looks from both POV's

I agree the accusations on Brittan for abuse have got to stop. The only thing Brittan does for this server is help. #thechangemovement

 

At the start of this I thought Brittan was a mean and Nasty person. But over time and talking to him I came to realise. All he is doing is his job, if you are disrespectful to an admin/coder who works their ass off for this server you will be kick/banned. I don't blame you Brittan keep up the good work your doing! ~ RitzY

People don't give Brittan the credit he deserves. He has helped the servers so much over the past years. Keep it up, Brittan!

 

I can speak from first person on both sides of this case, attacking Brittan and defending him.

First off, I hated Brittan before it was cool #hipster. I sought out to get him demoted and just piss him off. Looking back at it, I could have done the same thing to Signatured or Putty and I would have been banned a LOT sooner. Brittan is very patient and gives people many chances. Also, many of you may not know this, but he runs everything through Signatured or Putty. When I was banned, I asked and he said Putty and Sig agreed on the ban.

Now defending Brittan, he does his job fine. He has a sense of humor to him, so you can't take him too seriously. Putty is the same way, he is just more private. Brittan does his job well and gives people many chances to fix their problems. There's no reason to attack him or even hate him.

Now let's just forget about all of this an our problems are solved. K? Thx bai

Brittan does his job well. Think you can do it better? Apply to be a Mod and do it then.

If I was a Mod (imagine an Evil Overlord as a Mod)....<back on point> then I would be doing the exact same thing.

Being a Mod is difficult, you have to do what is best for the group, even with people who don't agree with you (which is even more difficult).

Everyone complains about behavior on the servers...Mods are the ones who actually have to deal with it.

If you are banned then present the facts of your argument in an organized manner following the proper channels.

Mods, keep doing your job to the best of your ability. We appreciate it.

I really dont think that @Myortvye cares if people like him. As long as he does his job by kicking/banning disrespectful players like hes been doing then hes doing the right thing.

 

I feel like it is up for the players of a community to decide how one is accepted. In the case of @Myortvye, war 2.0 (that hurts to say) was dumped onto him, and because of the bad blood surrounding 2.0, some of the community choose to push him away. This created a target for warz players and war players alike. Though I think some of his actions are excessive, he has done lots for brawl. I cannot wait for whats to come

 

I don't think chap is gonna waste his time doing this he's got better stuff to do than listen to a few careless ideas about Brittan. I mean if the server was to go down cause of a glitch he wouldn't keep it down for ever he would probs try get it back up and not read a pointless thread. :V
