There are some mods who are qualified. The reason the admins won't promote any is because they don't need any super mods right now. Gigga and the admins can handle things fine atm.

 

who do you think is qualified? just curious.

 

Lord_Roke is a perfect example. In my opinion, more mature than Gigga.

So the plan is to keep it with one S-Mod? What will then happen if Giggadream resigns? (Not saying he will, but if).
Answer: There will be no Super Mods at all, because "no one" can handle it?

Please don't answer to this that he will never resign, because there are a lot of things that can happen in life which can result in decreased gameplay time for example.

I think @Lord_Roke Would make a great S-Mod. I think there are probably other people that are qualified but Roke has been with McBrawl a very long time. This shows that he is loyal to Mcbrawl and has no intentions of leaving soon. Roke is Helpful,Kind, Assertive when he needs to be and is very well liked by the community. In my opinion I would love to see Roke as S-Mod and I hope I do in the future.

 

Forcing someone into the position who shouldn't have it shouldn't be the way to go.

Let me rephrase what I said, I don't believe anyone should get SMOD because it is unnecessary for anyone to have it: with or without Gigga.

This is also a possible problem I see, in my opinion we should try to have 3 SMods like we had before. Right now Giggadream is handling Twitter, Youtuber, Videos Section, Ban Reports and he is also supposed to be ingame. He is able to handle that, but what if he is away for a few days? The admins are very busy and if we only have 3 higher staff members (not counting Myortvye because he spends a lot of his time on coding), we will have quite a problem if one of them is away for a extended amount of time.
A different problem is that all Higher Staff Members are in american timezones, means nobody is here to deal with a problem that happens early in the morning in the european timezones. Not even talking about myself, we should have atleast one european SMod again, like GreenPeas earlier.

 

I fully agree that forcing someone isn't the way to go.

This is also something that needs to be considered.

Perhaps none can handle the S-Mod rank today, but that doesn't mean you can't train new S-Mods. No one can be good at something without having to practise it first. To train new S-Mods is the only way and there are in fact some Moderators that are capable to handle the rank with some training.
