    Not everyone you meet, is going to be honest in what they say. Sadly you met one of them. Just try and go with it, its allowed so next time, be careful and try to detect if its a scam.

    Still. You tried pulling this scam twice. Sometime, someone, is going to catch on by mistakes you let slip through. If your going to lie, then tell a lie that people won't have an easy time figuring out.
