Barret buff/nerf.

I think the recoil of the model would be a good balance but they need to buff the gun a little :/

 

The barret should not be one shot. Its too low of a level and then everyone could easily nuke. You still have the iso, which is a one hit, and people are saying that iso should be nerfed down too, which causes them rage and call people "iso scrubs" but whats the point? There should be at least one gun that is one shot, or maybe the iso should have a WAY longer reload time and slower rate of fire, and at a higher level. This is just a suggestion. I still like the iso as it is.

 

The issues is simply that. The barrett is extremely low level, even though it's one of the more powerful weapons irl, as well as in many shooters.

In mcwar 2.0 nuke will be 35 ks so it will be much harder to nuke.

 

Yea, but the added killstreaks will help in advance, so nuking in 2.0 would be like a 25-27ks without the killstreaks.

 

It is possible. Bullets of this caliber tend to overpenetrate "soft" targets (such as people) instead of lodging inside them, reducing their effectiveness. The .50cal is an anti-materiel round, designed to penetrate armor and hard reinforced surfaces such as metals, as well as disable equipment and vehicles by punching holes through them. For example, if one of these things hit your arm, it would cleanly pass through, but it won't kill you. If it hit you abdomen and managed to miss vital organs and veins/arteries, then it is possible to survive. I'm not saying these things are non-lethal; although they are still bullets that can kill you, they were not designed for use against human targets.

Also, even though the Barrett may seem like a high-recoil gun, it isn't; the Barrett M82 has a special reciprocating barrel that reduces recoil, similar to a warship cannon.

 

If you as me it looks like the light blue one is not made to penetrate armor but set things on fire

Not really. It gives it more of a realistic setback and advantage.
Here is my two cents on the topic: Lets think War. War is based off of CoD. How does CoD make the barrett? That is our answer. Unfortunately for War, this gun is very powerful and low level.

 

i remember those days when barret was OP i nuked with it on wilwest the round b4 server shut down for the update that nerfed it

 

This no mobility crap would make the gun worse than it is now.

 

The thing is, like mentioned before, It's an anti-vehicle round.
It has the capability to punch through steel plating on a tank, but the faster it goes, the less expansion on a human body.

 

To be honest if you want a osk use stopping power coz the barret does 9 hearts
