Are you active and helpful on our servers, forums, and Teamspeak?-
Yes, I'm very active on the Mc-War servers. During the week I play about 3 to 5 hours on the servers. At the weekends I play about 6 to 9 hours. I'm also active on Teamspeak. I use to join the Teamspeak server when I start my computer or when I'm going to play on the McBrawl servers. I look into the forums each day multiple times and write my opinion to differnt topics. I'm always trying to answer everyones questions as good as I can.

Approximately, how many rule breaker reports have you submitted?-
I reported about 55 rule breakers (Hackers, cheaters and spammer) but I also think a few were not good enough to ban the defendant. I also reported some glitchers and spammer to moderators if they were on the Teamspeak server. I reported about 10 guys on the Teamspeak server to Super-Mods and Admins. For example: Someone messaged me a server ip on Teamspeak or some guys were trying to annoy another player on Teamspeak.

How old are you?-
I'm currently 15 years of age, born on 7th April 1999.

What time zone are you in?-
CET - Central European Time (UTC/GMT +1). I live in Germany.

What is your experience and knowledge of Minecraft?-
I'm playing Minecraft since 3th May 2012.


When I saw Minecraft the first time I thought 'What is that?... everywhere are blocks'. I played the game a few hours and noticed It's not as bad as I thought.

I played the game blind so I didn't know what to do. After some days I watched videos from YouTubers and began to understand what I have to do in Minecraft.

I played a lot in single player until someone gave me an IP for a server, which was great! It was the only server where I played on. I spent a lot of time to the server. After 10-11 months I got the 'Moderator' rank on the server because I was a helpful and active member. I was very happy because I really liked the server and didn't apply for the rank (Yes, you had to apply for the rank). After 5-6 months the Owner changed and I got the 'Admin' rank on the server.

The new Owner of the server had not much time for the server and I had to do his job and mine.

I left the server a few months ago because I got bored but before I left I organized a new Admin and two new Moderators for the server (There was only one inactive Moderator). I came back to the server like three or four months ago. The server was shut down but the Owner decided to open the server again. Now I'm still their Webmaster and adviser. Here's a proof:

I don't want to show you the IP address and the name of the server. That's why there are some black bars in the picture. One of the Admins has the same name as the server is called. We are posting News with this Account.

What is your experience with moderating servers?-
As I said above I was Admin on a Server for a long time. I had to configure plugins like PermissionsEX, Essentials, NoCheatPlus, LogBlock, and Votifier. I translated a few plugins into the German to make it easier for new players. I had added some new commands to essentials and was proud about it. Every time when there was a problem on the server, I needed to come on the server and fix the issue. But I also had to moderate the server because there was only one Moderator. So I was almost all of the time on the server.

That's the only proof which left and again I don't want to show you the name and the IP of the server.


What will you provide to the community if you are provided moderator status?-
I will keep mean people, hacker, advertiser, out of maper and spammer away from the war servers. I see many players insulting each other or saying 'hacker' because they died. When I help the player they often take me not seriously and insult me too or they say things like 'You aren't mod'. I know, that doesn't give them the right to insult someone but If I get the Moderator status I would take action against them and warn them. If they refused what I said I would mute them for a few minutes.

Have you ever used a hacked client before?-
Yes, I used a hacked client for the server where I was Admin- and Moderator. I used the client to find X-Rayer and other hackers/cheaters easier but I have never used a hacked client on McBrawl or any other servers.

Have you ever been banned on a Minecraft server? If so, why?-
Yes, I got banned just for fun a few times from the Owner of the server where I was Admin- and Moderator but he was only joking. I also got banned from another server for 'Griefing'. I'm not a Griefer. I was playing like a normal player and found a destroyed house. A Moderator came on and saw me there and I got banned.

How active do you consider yourself in-game?-
I consider myself as very active. As I said above, I play during the week like 3 to 5 hours and at the weekends like 6 to 9 hours. I'm always trying to help other players and answer all their questions, even if I'm on a killstreak or ingame.

How active do you consider yourself on TS3?-
I'm also very active on the Teamspeak server. It's similar to my ingame activity. During the week I'm like 3 to 5 hours a day on Teamspeak and at the weekend like 10 hours. I log me in into Teamspeak after I have started my computer. I'm often in a channel called 'Tim's Channel'.

How active do you consider yourself on the forums?-
As I said I look into the forums every day multiple times and write my opinion to different topics. I'm near to 1.000 posts and I consider myself as a helpful and nice member. I joined the forums last year on October 10.


What do you consider your greatest strength?-
My friendliness. I'm always nice to everyone even If someone insulted me or is annoying and I think a Moderator should be friendly otherwise he isn't a good Moderator.

What do you consider your greatest weakness?-
I think my greatest weakness is Multi-Tasking. If there are about 4 players, who ask me something and there's much spam in the chat (like on server 1), I'm not able to answer them all. But if someone asks me 4 questions in real life I can answer them all. Sometimes I'm concentrated and don't look that often in the chat, but I think that's not a big problem.

How would you handle someone making a minor transgression for the first time?-
If someone made a minor transgression I would warn him to not do it again.

How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time?-
If he did it again and fully ignore my warning I would give him his final warning and kick him from the server.

How would you handle that person doing it again for the third time?-
If he did it a third time I would ban him temporarily for about 15 minutes.

What is your reaction if someone publicly proves you wrong on the forums?-
I would thank the person for correcting me/my mistake and edit my post.

What would you do when someone breaks a rule on the forums?-
If someone breaks a rule on the forums I would pm him and inform him about his mistake. In addition I would recommend him to read the forum rules again.



When would you lock a thread?-
I would lock a thread if one of the following things happen:

▸ Someone grave-digs a thread

▸ If it is a spam thread

▸ Someone posts a duplicate thread

▸ A large part of a thread is getting off-topic

▸ Topic has been answered

▸ Creator of the thread requests a lock

Anything else we should know about you?-
My real name is Tim, I'm currently 15 years of age and I'm from Germany. I know my English is not the best but I work on it. I'm learning English at school so it's getting better. I'm a friendly and reliable person which likes it to help other players.

Situation: A player is out of the map on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with?-
I would ask the player to get back into the map otherwise I have to kick him.

1.) If he can't get back into the map I would ask him to type /spawn in chat and would thank the person if he typed /spawn.

2.) If he ignores my order I would ask him a second time and give him a few seconds to get back into the map. If he still ignores my order I would kick him.

Situation 2: A player grenade glitch on MC-WAR. What are the steps that you would take to ensure that this player and situation is properly dealt with?- I would give the player his first and final warning to not do it again otherwise I will ban him temporarily from the server.

How would you handle the same person doing it again a second time?-
I would ban him temporarily for 15 minutes. If I see him again grenade glitching I would ban him temporarly for 30 minutes and then for 1 hour.

Situation 3: A player is spamming on the server. What would you do?-I would warn him once to stop spamming otherwise he will be muted.

What would you do if the same player is still spamming?-
I would mute him for 5-10 minutes if he doesn't want to stop spamming. If he doesn't care about my instruction and still ignores me after the mute I would mute him for about 20 minutes.

Do you generally know how all the plugins and commands work?-
Yes, I know a lot about Essentials, PermissiosEX, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, ChestShop and a few other plugins. If I have a problem with a command I would ask a Moderator or a Super-Mod what I have to type.

Do you realize that if you are disrespectful or abuse your power, your power will be taken away?-
Yes, I realize that. A Moderator shouldn't abuse his powers and I will never do this.
